Job Description: Power BI Developer

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be an expert in Data Visualization but also have software development experience. They should be strong in Power BI and Microsoft SQL Server technologies. They must have the communication skills and posture necessary to work collaboratively with stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Creation of interactive dashboards, visualizations, and advanced analytics reports using Power BI and other tools.
  • Manage key deliverables, such as defining KPIs, developing reporting strategies, and ensuring timely delivery of data insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics projects with business goals.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve data quality and reporting processes.
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis and data cleansing techniques to deliver actionable insights.



Technical

  • 2+ years' experience delivering data insights via major commercial visualization and reporting platforms on large scale data
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, SSRS, and SQL Server database.
  • 2+ years' experience with commercial ETL technologies such as AWS Glue, Informatica, SQL Server Integration Services 
  • Experience implementing a variety of data analysis and cleansing techniques 
  • Experience with advanced statistical analysis
