Job Description:
The Senior Content Developer builds high-quality e-learning courses on LMSs/CMSs and assessment platforms by converting Instructional Designer storyboards and graphic design assets into fully functional, interactive learning experiences. The role requires strong hands-on experience with LMSs and authoring tools, including course setup, assessments, publishing, and QA. Candidates should have working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support content customization and integrations.
Skills Required:
- 4–6 years building e-learning content and deploying in LMS environments (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, Brightspace, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with assessment authoring platforms (implementing items/assessments)
- Proficient with at least one major authoring tool (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, etc.).
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript for content tweaks, embedding widgets, and debugging. (Not front-end engineering; practical scripting only).
- Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI (Tin Can), LTI basics, and LMS gradebook/reporting workflows.
- Experience with basic accessibility checks (WCAG fundamentals).
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field — or equivalent practical experience
